Six months of twice-weekly washes and they're holding up better than expected. Ordering a second set of two and going to try the inserts.
Ran a 10k in them. Breathable, no chafing, held up when it mattered. Genuinely impressed.

Ordered for my dad who point blank refuses 'pads'. He'll wear these because they're just pants to him. That distinction matters more than you know.
My husband tried these without the inserts and initially they weren't 100% effective whilst sleeping. Customer service sent me out some inserts and they really have made a great difference, the bed has been dry for the first time in a long time.

Trim fit under suit trousers, no bulk. Would like a black option.
Arthritic hands and these are far easier than fiddling with pads and adhesive strips. Just pants. Brilliant.

Great during the day. Only note is they take a while to air dry after washing, so buy enough pairs to rotate.
